General Returns Policy

Most items purchased from are returnable within the 7-days of delivery, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.

Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on

Return will be processed only if:

1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;

2. The product is not different from what was shipped to you;

3. The product is returned back to us in original condition (with brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

We will require proof in terms of a photo or a video to justify that the applied return follows the return policy of

P.S. - The team of retains the right to accept or refuse the return request and will choose the adapted solution. (Exchange / Partial Refund / Full Refund)

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

If the replacement request is placed and we do not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

If you've received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

When will I receive my Refund?

Refund will be initiated within 3-4 working days of when the package is delivered back to us at Warehouse in Noida. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
